We take pride is saying that we have shipped pedicure chairs all over the globe. Red tape, customs, barges, and freight, each country carries challenges to overcome. Our policy is simple. For international orders we ship only pedicure chairs. Each chair arrives to you sealed from the manufacturer with a customs bill attached. International shipping takes time so please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Palletes are delivered to commercial addresses only. You must be present for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated by either door2door shipping or door2port. Door2door shipping is the complete delivery with duties and fees included. We also have door2port shipping. Some countries require that international shipping stops at the port. You will need to arrange your own pick up with an agent. There you will pay duties and fees accordingly. This option is open for everyone; however in some cases it is required. All payments for international products are made via wire transfer with No exceptions. Pedicure Chair Shipping Policies the United States vs International Shipping : Domestic

We appreciate your business. Shipping is based on the information you give us. When you receive a final invoice; you have 24 hours to make changes. If we do not receive any requests to revise the information, you will incur all additional costs of revisions including processing, shipping, handling, etc. . Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Processing begins after your method of payment clears. Allow a lead time of at least one week for all methods of payment. Wire transfer is the fastest way to expedite your order. We do accept checks and pay-by-phone. Estimated Shipping Duration for the continental US is determined by the type of products in your order. Pedicure chairs and salon furniture take 1-3 weeks for shipment from the day your credit or debit card was charged, check was cleared, or bank wire transfer was completed. Salon Accessories, Chair Parts, and Salon Equipment arrive to you in 7-10 business days. Multiple Types of Items in the same order can and will be shipped independently. We ship available inventory immediately for your convenience. So you may receive staggered shipments. Our delivery process is simple. Larger items such as salon furniture and spa pedicure chairs require professional unloading. This means you must be present to accept the delivery. The trucking company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment or give you a time frame window as to when your shipment will arrive. We are a B2B wholesaler, We ship only to Commercial Addresses. Any shipment that is misrepresented as a commercial address will be charged a minimum of $85.00 for residential delivery. Products have up to a 3 year warranty; please refer to the warranty information for more details when products are received. Replacements are sent out within the warranty period to customers in the Continental USA for free. Hawaii, Alaska, other US territories, and other nations will be responsible for replacement shipping costs. We ship as soon as possible; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
